The Shattered Isle. 
This an island somewhere to the south of the continent of Tarkeld. It's home to pirates and those who service pirates under the command of Captain Jack Harrison, who runs the island as a pirate kingdom. 

In the past it was a semi-prosperous but isolated stop off for traders looking to transport goods from the western lands to the east. The major toen of Porto provided a place to refuel and recharge with it's large sheltered bay. A few years ago an earthquake tore through the island sinking part of the town and leaving the remains stranded on an inaccessible nugget of rock. Soon after this Jack arrived and took complete control of the island destroying remaining resistance. He now runs it with an iron and somewhat magical fist.
